Deep and conscious breathing to help regulate the nervous system, increase focus and release tension.
❄️ Cold Exposure (Optional)
Learn how to work with cold in a safe and controlled way.
No bravado — only awareness, respect and listening to your body.
🧠 Mindset & Body Awareness
How breath and mindset work together to help you deal with stress, discomfort and challenges — during the workshop and in daily life.

The natural environment supports the process: out of the head, into the body.
