Forest Bathing
Where silence, breath and nature come together

Slow down. Reconnect. Come home in nature.
Forest bathing – also known as Shinrin-yoku – is not a hike and not a workout.
It is a mindful way of being in nature, with attention for breath, the senses and silence.
At Kokoro Breath, forest bathing is gently combined with conscious breathing and simple exercises that help you step out of your head and back into your body.
