About Kokoro Breath
Our mission & vision

What does Kokoro Breath mean?
Kokoro (心) is a Japanese word that refers to the connection between heart, mind and spirit.
It symbolizes inner balance, life force and the natural intelligence of the body.
By breathing with awareness — with your whole being — you return home to yourself.
Kokoro Breath was born from this philosophy: returning to the essence.
Stepping away from daily pressure, screens and obligations, and reconnecting with the rhythm of nature, the power of the breath and the silence within.
My personal journey
The foundation of Kokoro Breath was shaped through my own journey of discovery over the past years.
In 2025, I consciously turned to nature during a solo weekend in the Veluwe.
No phone. No watch. No distractions.
Just myself — 24 hours alone in nature.
Something was awakened there: a deep longing for simplicity, stillness and connection.
Shortly after, I joined the Wim Hof Winter Expedition in Poland.
Ice-cold mountain hikes, breathwork and cold training with a group of like-minded people.
Intense, challenging — but above all, freeing.
And then… a week in Sweden.
Living and surviving in the wilderness with tent, fire and trust.
Once again, I felt it clearly: this is coming home.
What Kokoro Breath stands for
Kokoro Breath stands for:
-
Connection — with yourself, with others, with nature
-
Slowing down — returning to a more natural rhythm of life
-
Strengthening — both physically and mentally through breath, cold and mindset
What we do not promise:
-
No quick fixes
-
No performance pressure
-
No competition
Everything I have learned comes together in my workshops.
Not spiritual or abstract, but grounded, accessible and practical.
Whether you are looking for more energy, calm, focus or confidence —
at Kokoro Breath, it all begins with one thing:
Breathing.
